Eric was exceptional. It was a military move and I was in San Antonio when I found out I’ll be moving to South Carolina. Tried one agent before Eric and it didn’t work out, the agent wanted me to do more than I could from where I was, so my wife advised we tried Eric who she found online. Eric started working with me immediately, before I knew it I knew exactly which mortgage company to use, what my best options would be and how to get it done. He (Eric) would go to houses I found online and record a video of it and as he would record a video he would actively look for any imperfections or problems the property may have. Finally we decided to go with a brand new home and Eric took care of everything, explained us how the process worked, got the builder to put up a fence for us and arranged everything. This was by far the easiest purchase ever. I knew I had a good home waiting for me before I even got to South Carolina. Our family is very satisfied with the purchase and the service we received from Eric. Professional and caring and a true representative in every sense of the word. I will definitely contact him again if we ever need a new property in SC or if we ever decide to sell. 10/10!

Eric is a true professional and he knows what he’s doing! It’s not too often you find someone you trust to do everything they say they’re going to do! I was able to really concentrate on other things while Eric handled every aspect that he could on his end. He made my transition from one state to another as smooth as it possibly could go!
